And Why Our Own Congress Record Starts Here….

The Congressional Record keeps tabs on every bill presented and vote performed in Congress.

It is dry reading but extremely informative — most informative material is…

We are going to start our own ‘Congress Record’ on bills and votes that could prove to be or are pivotal — good, bad but no indifferent (as then it wouldn’t be pivotal then now would it?)…

We start with Loretta Lynch’s approval as AG for the one reason she is nothing more than an Eric Holder in a skirt as well as the fact that at least 20 GOPers are turncoats towards the very purpose of the Office of the AG.

You can find more of our unique content on Substack as well!

To make things easier come election time, all names will be categorized for easy referral should anyone desire to do so.

We also will be looking into ways this limited WordPress can be utilized for a more powerful means of looking back on your politicians.

It should NOT be used as any original source document (that would be the Congressional Record) but can be used to search out any pivotal vote sessions.

We will attempt to be as complete as possible — feel free to say something in any of our comment sections if you feel a pivotal vote should be listed here as well.

We have also added some Tools to our Links on the Menu Page (click the 3 horizontal bars located on the top right of any page)…

  • Finding and Contacting Your Senator
  • Finding and Contacting Your Representative
  • Search the Library of Congress THOMAS Congressional Records

Judicial Nomination Process

From my own experience, most don’t understand the Judicial nomination process and we need to define what a cloture vote is…

During the Judicial nomination process, if any Senator objects to unanimous consent, then a cloture motion must be filed in order to end debate and move to a vote.

This usually occurs when any Senators who oppose a nominee attempts to delay or derail a nomination by requesting additional information or additional time as a hearing approaches.

A brief overview of the Judicial Nomination process is available on our site here.

20 Republicans Who Favored Cloture for the Nomination of Loretta Lynch

Since it takes 60 Senators to vote for cloture, had 7 of these 20 turncoats voted against cloture, the nomination of Loretta Lynch would have died…

Alexander (R-TN) Cornyn (R-TX) McConnell (R-KY)
Ayotte (R-NH) Flake (R-AZ) Portman (R-OH)
Burr (R-NC) Gardner (R-CO) Roberts (R-KS)
Capito (R-WV) Graham (R-SC) Rounds (R-SD)
Cochran (R-MS) Hatch (R-UT) Thune (R-SD)
Collins (R-ME) Johnson (R-WI) Tillis (R-NC)
Corker (R-TN) Kirk (R-IL)

10 Republicans Who Favored the Nomination of Loretta Lynch

After voting for cloture, a vote for nomination can be made.

Here’s the list of the 10 turncoats who then proceed to vote in favor of the nomination of Loretta Lynch as Barack Obama’s new Attorney General.

Since confirmation requires 50 votes, if 7 of these 10 turncoats had voted no, her nomination would have died.

Ayotte (R-NH) Graham (R-SC) Kirk (R-IL)
Cochran (R-MS) Hatch (R-UT) McConnell (R-KY)
Collins (R-ME) Johnson (R-WI) Portman (R-OH)
Flake (R-AZ)

And what about the 10 who voted for cloture and then turned around and cast the “correct” vote of no on Lynch’s nomination?

Many of them will likely go back to their home states and tell the voters that they voted “against” Lynch.

They are only partially correct — why?

With they type of character that Loretta Lynch embraces, she should never had passed the Judiciary Committee in the first place.

Their vote – if they had our country’s future at heart – should have been no at cloture.

A lot of people are saying that Senator Ted Cruz didn’t vote.

Actually he voted No on cloture (which was the correct vote) but did not vote on confirmation.

BANNED DOCUMENTARY: Conspiracy Of Silence (1993)

Conspiracy Of Silence Is a documentary film detailing an alleged child sex scandal that involved many children from a Nebraska Institution, Boys Town, and Lawrence King - or Lawrence "Larry" King.

The organized child sex parties implicated the Reagan and Bush White House during the 1980s.

King was the ringleader of the sex ring which had links to other fellow political conservatives in Washington D.C., including

  • Republican Lobbyist Craig J. Spence
  • Sen. Elizabeth Dole's Staff, along with
  • members of the financial elite of Nebraska

It features former CIA Director William Colby talking about the high-level child kidnap and sex-slave ring.

The book that was the basis of this movie can be found by clicking here.

Reflections from Decisive Liberty

The following stance is stated in the final paragraph of the oration given for the unveiling of our Statue of Liberty on the 28th of October, 1886....

... there is room in America and brotherhood for all who will support our institutions and aid in our development; but those who come to disturb our peace and dethrone our laws are aliens and enemies forever.

You can view the full oration by clicking here.

We at Decisive Liberty are committed to this stance and welcome all - if you have not already - to join us in learning to live by this stance.

There are only 2 nations that have placed God within their Constitution: one was created by God for the people He loves, the other created by the people who love Him.
