After earlier condemning Mueller for his investigation, we had stepped to see what would come about, especially as President Trump has not said much about the investigation and let Special Prosecutor Mueller have his ways.
After the last 2 weeks, it is way more than obvious that President Trump knew to give Mueller enough rope to hang himself and his minions in the process.
Sean Hannity gave an excellent breakdown of everything in his program last night (6-December-2017) and we are going to do our best to provide a reference that can be used today as well as later.
Top Member of Mueller’s Team Praised Effort to Stop President Trump’s Travel Ban
Mueller and his anti-Trump team wanted to create a Constitutional crisis that is unprecedented in our history, including a coup d’état (see Lou Dobbs and former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton discussing this in a 3-1/2 video here)

Judicial Watch: New Justice Department Records Show Strong Support by Mueller Deputy Andrew Weissmann, Other Top DOJ Officials for Yates’ Refusal to Enforce President Trump Travel Ban December 5. 2017
Judicial Watch today released two productions (335 pages and 44 pages) of Justice Department (DOJ) documents showing strong support by top DOJ officials for former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates’ refusal to enforce President Trump’s Middle East travel ban executive order.
In one email, Andrew Weissmann, one of Robert Mueller’s top prosecutors and formerly the Obama-era Chief of the Justice Department’s Criminal Fraud Section, applauds Yates writing: “I am so proud. And in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects.”
Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a May 2017 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed after the Justice Department failed to respond to a February FOIA request seeking Yates’ emails from her government account (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:17-cv-00832)) for the time period she served as Acting Attorney General for President Trump.
The emails, several sent from official Justice Department email addresses, show strong support for Yates, who was fired for disobeying a direct order from the President:
- Thomas Delahanty, then the United States Attorney for Maine wrote: “You are my hero.”
- Liz Aloi, a career service employee and Chief of the Justice Department’s Special Financial Investigations Unit told Yates she was “Inspirational and heroic.”
- Emily Gray Rice, then the U.S. Attorney for New Hampshire and an Obama appointee said: “AAG Yates, thank you, as always, for making us proud. It is truly an honor to work for you.”
- Obama appointee Barbara McQuade, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan told Yates, “Thank you for your courage and leadership. This is wonderful news.”
- DOJ Civil Division Appellate Attorney Jeffrey Clair wrote: “Thank you AG Yates. I’ve been in civil/appellate for 30 years and have never seen an administration with such contempt for democratic values and the rule of law. The President’s order is an unconstitutional embarrassment and I applaud you for taking a principled stand against defending it.”
“This is an astonishing and disturbing find. Andrew Weisman, a key prosecutor on Robert Mueller’s team, praised Obama DOJ holdover Sally Yates after she lawlessly thwarted President Trump,” stated Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. “How much more evidence do we need that the Mueller operation has been irredeemably compromised by anti-Trump partisans? Shut it down.”
Yates was appointed by President Obama as U.S. Attorney in northern Georgia and was later confirmed as Deputy Attorney General. In January 2017 she became acting Attorney General for President Trump.
Yates was involved in the controversy concerning Gen. Michael Flynn, allegedly warning the Trump White House in early January about General Flynn’s contacts with the Russian ambassador, Sergei Kislyak. (Judicial Watch is separately suing for records concerning the surveillance and subsequent leaks regarding General Flynn.)
On January 30, Yates ordered the Justice Department not to defend President Trump’s January 27 executive order seeking a travel ban from seven Middle Eastern countries. That same day, President Trump fired her for refusing to defend the action.
In a late October article describing Andrew Weissmann as Robert Mueller’s “Pit Bull,” The New York Times wrote, “He is a top lieutenant to Robert S. Mueller III on the special counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible links to the Trump campaign. Significantly, Mr. Weissmann is an expert in converting defendants into collaborators — with either tactical brilliance or overzealousness, depending on one’s perspective.” Weissman oversaw the pre-dawn home raid of former Trump aide Paul Manafort in what one former federal prosecutor described as “textbook Weissmann terrorism.”
“The Justice Department is in the process of handing over to the House Intelligence Committee the anti-Trump text messages that got a key FBI official removed from Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, Fox News has learned — a move that comes as the panel weighs a possible contempt resolution.
“House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., had demanded the text messages between FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer with whom Strzok was romantically involved. Both were part of Mueller’s Russia team at the time. Page has since returned to the FBI, and Strzok was reassigned to the FBI’s HR department after the discovery of the anti-Trump texts.
“The existence of the texts first emerged publicly over the weekend. A source familiar with the discussion between the DOJ and House panel told Fox News on Tuesday that Nunes has been assured those messages will be turned over in the coming days.“The exact timeline is unclear, and only the relevant texts will be turned over.
“Also unclear is whether this will satisfy committee Republicans who had been looking to move forward with a contempt resolution against top DOJ and FBI officials barring a breakthrough – after the agencies did not comply with a deadline to hand over long-sought information that goes well beyond text messages.”
The fact that Strzok is a key player in several very high-profile Hannity has been covering is not boding well at all for Strzok, never mind anyone else concerned about Liberty.
That would mean the Clinton emails, the anti-Trump dossier, the surveillance of a Trump associate.
Mueller’s Conflicts of Interests
Rod Rosenstein, Deputy Attorney General – President Donald Trump announced his intention to nominate Rosenstein to serve as Deputy Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice on January 31, 2017.
Rosenstein was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on April 25, 2017. In May 2017, he authored a memo which President Trump said was the basis of his decision to dismiss FBI Director James Comey.
Jeff Sessions, Attorney General – recused himself from the Russia investigation. Al Franken went after Sessions on a bunch of bogus hearsay and tried to make something sinister out of Sessions having been at a cocktail party where the Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak was lurking.
Sessions didn’t remember it, however it turned out he was there.
Because he had rubbed elbows with Sergey Kislyak, he felt it necessary to recuse himself from the Russia investigation because there was also an allegation that as a surrogate — spokesman, supporter of Trump’s on the campaign trail — that somehow him ending up as attorney general and overseeing anything involving the Russians would be illegal.
It would have a sense of impropriety. All of this ended up being a mute point once the anti-Trump dossier surfaced.
James Comey – Comey mishandled the Hillary email scandal in 2016; President Trump was requested by both Rosenstein and Sessions to fire Comey.
However, Comey is good friends with Mueller; President Trump interviewed Mueller for the FBI position but went in another direction.
Uranium One – as the FBI Director in the Obama administration, Mueller refused to act as then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signed-off on 20% of our uranium to be sold to Russia (uranium is an essential element for use in the military weaponry).
Someone want to tell me how such a group, with this much of a financial investment in the DNC, are going to be unbiased and fair?
Seriously, no level of wisdom by Mueller at this FUBAR of an excuse.
Peter Strzok’s Connnections
Strzok signed the document and was on the team that started the Russian probe witch hunt, interviewed Retired Lt. General Mike Flynn, while sharing anti-Trump, pro-Clinton texts with his lawyer FBI girlfriend — who just happened to have been on the Mueller team as well.
Strzok was a key figure in the 2016 Clinton email scandal, being present at the interview of Hillary as well as of 2 of her top aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills who claimed to the FBI they did not know about the server until Hillary left the State Department.
Wikileaks emails proved that they did — so why aren’t Huma and Cheryl in the same boat as Flynn?
Why are they being granted favors?
Strzok also changed the language on the final statement about Hillary’s misuse of emails, thereby taking her off the hook — which was written BEFORE the final outcome of the investigation.
Strzok and Andrew McCabe oversaw the Virgina election (Terry MacAuliffe) and funds were provided to McCabe’s wife who was running for the VA State AG office ($500,000) — Mccabe was also the contact with the UK Christopher Steele who fabricated the lies about Trump in the dossier.
Strzok also oversaw the FISA surveillance of the Trump campaign.
More to Know About Weissman
Weismann was the special prosecutor of Enron in Houston TX in 2000 that resulted 10’s of thousands losing their jobs in a matter of days – Enron was no more as was the auditing firm Arthur Anderson.
Weismann has a reputation to push the prosecutorial laws to the limit, taking down as many as he can in the process – he will use whatever means possible to win his cases, most of them raising questions concerning ethics.
In 2005, in a very rare 9-0 vote, SCOTUS overturned Weismann’s obstruction of justice conviction – 5 years too late.
The latest discovery about Weissmann was the eamail he sent to Yates congratulating her on ignoring President Trump in a travel ban.

There is MORE!
Mueller Deputy Jeannie Rhee was a personal attorney of Ben Rhodes and represented the Clinton Foundation – another blatant conflict-of-interest violation.
Per Foxnews Insider…
“Laura Ingraham reported that one of Robert Mueller’s deputies in his special investigation into President Trump was the personal attorney of a top Obama official and also represented the Clinton Foundation.
“In an Ingraham Angle exclusive, Ingraham said Jeannie Rhee was hired by Mueller this past summer to work on the probe.
“She formerly worked in the Obama Justice Department as a deputy assistant attorney general in the office of legal counsel – offering advice to the administration.
“Ingraham said Rhee was also the personal attorney for Ben Rhodes, the deputy national security adviser for President Barack Obama.
“Rhee also represented the Clinton Foundation and donated $9,000 to Hillary and other Democrats, Ingraham said.
“She said Rhee is just the latest member of the Mueller team to show “brazen partisanship.”
“Ingraham said Rhee worked in private practice with Andrew Weissmann – another Mueller deputy who was criticized this week for sending a perceptibly partisan email to a former top DOJ official.
“‘What Mueller did was hire a pedigree team of obvious partisans,’ Ingraham said.
“‘They should all step aside,’ she said, ‘including Bob Mueller.'”
With Wikipedia considering deleting the ENTIRE page of Peter Strzok, one has to ask –
Will Wikipedia get their job done
before Jeff Sessions
shows up for work?

Reflections from Decisive Liberty
The following stance is stated in the final paragraph of the oration given for the unveiling of our Statue of Liberty on the 28th of October, 1886....
... there is room in America and brotherhood for all who will support our institutions and aid in our development; but those who come to disturb our peace and dethrone our laws are aliens and enemies forever.

We at Decisive Liberty are committed to this stance and welcome all - if you have not already - to join us in learning to live by this stance. There are only 2 nations that have placed God within their Constitution: one was created by God for the people He loves, the other created by the people who love Him.
