After a Murder Over Mask-Wearing, Authorities Are Cracking Down on COVID Skeptics on Telegram.

After a gas station cashier was killed following an argument over mask wearing, the German government started pressuring social media platforms to censor groups over what has become known as “corona misinformation.”

The State of Thüringen’s Interior Minister George Mair specifically called for the urgent regulation and classification of Telegram as a social network in order to foist new rules on the platform. Currently the “Netzwerdurchsetzungsgesetz” law in Germany requires social media platforms to delete whatever the government deems as “criminal” content, and even to report them to the Federal Criminal Policy Agency (Bundeskriminalamt).
Platforms such as Telegram, however, have typically been excluded as they are not classified as social networks but as messaging platforms. Telegram has also been under pressure in the US, for what globalist policy makers call the spread of “misinformation” and for “coordinating” the January 6 “insurrection”.
Der Tagespiegel magazine was quick to associate the attack with the anti-lockdown movement, claiming that “right-wingers are celebrating the killing in Idar-Oberstein” in Telegram chat groups.

Telegram is the host of many “querdenker” – anti-lockdown and anti-vax mandate groups – who have organized various protests across Germany since the start of the pandemic.
This latest attack on Telegram comes right after Facebook, Inc. launched a campaign against the “querdenker” on its own platforms: Facebook and Instagram.
The Zuckerberg-owned platforms wiped  150 associated groups and prominent public leaders under the guise of “fighting misinformation.” To this day, no social media platform has removed any left-wing political figure or “health care” official, despite the vast amounts of evidence against them for actually spreading misinformation over subjects like mask-wearing, vaccines, the Russia hoax, and more.
Nathenial Gleicher, Facebook’s head of security policy said:
“The people behind this activity used authentic and duplicate accounts to post and amplify violating content, primarily focused on promoting the conspiracy that the German government’s COVID-19 restrictions are part of a larger plan to strip citizens of their freedoms and basic rights.”
Facebook also restricts the domains from “querdenker” websites from its platforms.

Politicizing the Killing.
The killing on September 18th came a week before the German federal elections, and sparked major political debates in Germany.
The AfD party (Alternative for Deutschland) – which has attracted anti-lockdown voters and has itself been major critic against mandates – is now being targeted.
Reports suggest the attacker was a AfD sympathizer and a “climate change denier”, so claims RND.
Spiegel magazine, which branded Telegram as “social network”, found that the attacker was also active on the messaging app.
Most major party candidates in Germany have used their social media platforms to disavow the killing and framed the movement as a “hate campaign” by the “querdenker”. Despite this turmoil, there is still no clear evidence that the suspect was part of the “querdenker” movement despite association efforts – “misinformation” perhaps – by the German media and left-wing political figures.

Biden Govt, Secret Service, FBI Purchase Drones From Firm Complying With Chinese Government Data Requests.

Despite the Trump administration blacklisting DJI – a controversial Chinese technology company – several branches of the federal government under have purchased drones from the firm under President Joe Biden.

DJI Innovations – formerly Da Jiang Innovations Science – currently leads the world’s market drone market, first catching the attention of U.S. intelligence officials in 2015. The organization has admitted complying with Beijing’s data requests, leading the U.S. Army to ban their use in 2017, citing cyber vulnerabilities.
The office of U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Los Angeles sent a memo stating officials have “moderate confidence” DJI’s commercial drones and software are “providing US critical infrastructure and law enforcement data to the Chinese government.”
Now, America is buying these drones again, giving the Chinese Communist Party yet another entry into U.S. federal infrastructure.

The purchases follow the appointment of two high-profile Biden campaign officials who previously worked for a consulting firm lobbying for DJI: Senior Spokesman for Biden Inaugural Committee Matt Hill, and Director of State Communication Meira Bernstein.
Following stints at the Global Strategy Group, Hill began serving as the Senior Associate Communications Director, and Bernstein is now Deputy Assistant Secretary for Media Operations at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Deleted client lists from the Global Strategy Group’s website reveal the firm working on behalf of DJI.
Client List.

As Axios notes, the Secret Service bought eight DJI drones on July 26th, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) purchased 19 drones a few days earlier.
In contrast, under the Trump administration, the DHS – the Secret Service’s parent agency – asserted that DJI was “providing U.S. critical infrastructure and law enforcement data to the Chinese government.”

EXC: Fauci Authored Article For Wuhan Lab Collaborator Peter Daszak.

Despite Anthony Fauci’s attempts to distance his agency from EcoHealth Alliance, the Peter Daszak-led group collaborating on coronavirus research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, The National Pulse can reveal that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director has been published in the controversial organization’s scientific journal.

Fauci authored an article for Volume 10 the EcoHealth Journal, whose Editor-in-Chief is Daszak, in March 2013. Of the 18 stories included in the issue, Fauci’s article was selected as the “cover story,” as the piece’s accompanying artwork was featured on the front page of the magazine.
EcoHealth Journal.

The article – “Dengue: The Continual Re-Emergence of a Centuries-Old Disease” – counts two additional National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) officials as authors: Senior Scientific Advisor David Morens and Chief of Staff Greg Folkers.
Fauci’s EcoHealth Article.
The article was published roughly one year before Fauci’s NIAID inaugurated the controversial “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence” grant, which ultimately led to U.S. taxpayer dollars funding collaborative research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“The two-century-old American emergence of dengue is an interesting starting point for considering determinants of emerging infectious diseases that occur today,” the article begins its overview of the viral disease.
The article stresses that the virus entered and spread throughout America via travelers from the Caribbean islands: “As early as the eighteenth century, dengue was being spread by human travel and was being introduced into new locales such as Philadelphia by the importation of both mosquitoes and infected crews and passengers arriving from Caribbean islands.”

Chinese Reporter Demands ‘Iron Fist’ Against ‘Arrogant Countries’ Challenging China.

In response to Lithuania exchanging diplomatic offices with Taiwan, Chinese television host Tian Liu called for the Chinese Communist Party to confront the European country with an “iron fist.”

Liu also urged the application of the mindset “why not kill the chicken to frighten the monkey” to Lithuania in a video posted to Chinese social media platform Weibo on September 2nd.
The reporter also pledges that “any country that challenges our country’s red lines must pay a price.”
“How dare such a small country challenge our great nation,” she asks before reiterating, “let’s teach them a lesson.”

“Since Lithuania is obstinate, we don’t mind making it suffer a little,” she asserts before outlining how China limited its imports to and exports from the country:
The media reported on the 23rd that Lithuanian exporters began to complain that China had stopped buying cheese, timber, and grain after relations between the two sides had reached a deadlock. China’s big timber traders, for example, are considering leaving for other markets. And local milk processing factories have stopped supplying China due to a sharp drop in orders. The general manager of a Lithuanian company said in an interview that he felt very helpless, because 99% of the goods of his company were sold to China in the past, but now the sales suddenly stopped, and he had no choice but to move the company to other E.U. member states.
“We have seen so many arrogant countries, but each one will eventually learn the same lesson: do not mess with China,” she notes.

REVEALED: Daszak Admits Fauci Funded Chinese Coronavirus Research at Conference Featuring Hunter Biden-Linked Pandemic Group.

Speaking at the 2017 Consortium of Universities for Global Health conference on a panel alongside Anthony Fauci, EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak admitted his controversial “work on coronaviruses in China” was carried out with “funding through” Fauci’s National Institutes of Health agency.

The unearthed conference follows Fauci’s repeated attempts to distance his agency from the controversial New York-based non-profit, which, as the National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant registry shows, used the money to collaborate with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The National Pulse has previously uncovered footage of Daszak describing the viruses he manipulated as part of his “longtime” collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party-run lab as “killers.”
The 2017 event, the “Healthy People, Healthy Ecosystems” conference hosted by the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH), took place in Washington, D.C. In its description of the conference, CUGH notes that the conference supports its vision for a “world without borders”:

“CUGH believes in a world without borders, because the desire for health and well-being is universal and doesn’t change based on race, ethnicity, national, socioeconomic status, sexual identity, or geographic location.”
The conference’s unearthed agenda reveals the attendance of EcoHealth President Peter Daszak, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director Anthony Fauci, and Principal Deputy Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Anne Schuchat. The three individuals participated in a panel – “Future of Infectious Disease Pandemics: From Ebola to Zika, and Beyond” – where they discussed pandemic preparedness.
“Although much is known about how to detect and respond to existing infections, more research is needed to predict the likelihood of their emergence and spread, and to improve the precision and timeliness of public health responsiveness,” notes the panel description.
Conference Agenda.

During Daszak’s presentation, given with an accompanying slideshow, he states his coronavirus work in China was carried out with “funding” from Fauci’s NIAID along with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Emerging Pandemic Threats (EPT) program:
“Working with the USAID EPT PREDICT Program and funding through NIAID to work on coronaviruses in China, we were able to test out this idea of predicting what the next emerging diseases might be. So we’ve all heard of SARS. We know that SARS is carried by civets. Well, actually, the host of SARS-like viruses, the viruses that the SARS coronavirus emerged from are bats.”
– Peter Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance, 2017
“We worked in China to go out and do surveillance in other bat species and say how many other SARS-like viruses are there. Is there something even close to SARS? And sure enough, there was,” he adds.

Stop Le Steal: France’s Macron is Quietly Changing Election Dates and Pushing Mail-In Voting to Hold onto Power.

France’s summer was marred by the rollout of a national vaccine passport and the ensuing protests which continue to take place every Saturday across the country. In the midst of this social tension, a politically significant event was given little note.

In July, the French Interior Ministry – responsible for organizing national elections – presented the official dates for the upcoming and much anticipated 2022 Presidential election. While every French Presidential election runoff has occurred in early May since 1974, the government, with the approval of the nation’s council of Ministers, opted to advance the dates of the election to April 10th for the first round and April 24th for the runoff vote.
This change is significant because it conflicts with national public holidays.
French families typically align their vacations with the public school holidays. In fact, employers frequently require their employees to take their vacations during these breaks as a way of managing workflow.

School holiday dates are staggered depending on the different administrative regions of the country to avoid overcrowding of the domestic transportation system, and French workers often make use of their time off by traveling outside their home town to visit family and friends. During holiday seasons, certain regions experience an outflow of residents.
As a consequence, if a vote is scheduled during one of these periods, turnout is lower in regions where employees are on holiday because there is no early voting in France.
By scheduling the runoff election in early May when the workforce isn’t on break, the government was able to avoid conflicts with national holidays. Alternatively, when the dates did create a conflict, the government selected weeks when all regions’ vacations overlapped so as not to create regional discrepancies. This Presidential election will be different however because only a third of the country will be on holiday at the time of the vote. It’s the makeup of the regions which are on break during the runoff that gives rise to concern among the French opposition.
On April 24th 2022, the date of the runoff election, the northern region of France called “Hauts-de-France” and the southeastern region of “Provence-Alpes-Côte D’Azur” will be on holiday. Significantly, these are the two most unfavorable regions for the incumbent President Macron.
On the one hand, the north of France is very blue-collar, a consequence of the dying heavy industry and mining sectors of the country. The electorate is very sympathetic to the populist political platforms advocated for by Marine Le Pen as well as the national left-wing opposition to Macron. The southeast on the other hand is a conservative bastion and favors the traditional right wing parties and Marine Le Pen over the incumbent President.

In France’s regional elections this past June, President Macron’s party did not make it into the runoff round in the north of France. His party achieved a meager nine percent of the vote despite even the French Attorney General campaigning on behalf of the President. In the southeast, Macron’s party decided not to field a candidate at all because the polls were so unfavorable.
During the 2017 French Presidential election, these two regions were the areas where Marine Le Pen performed the most favorably against Macron. Polls concerning the 2022 election suggest the runoff will once again pit these candidates against one another.
If Le Pen is to stand a chance of defeating the incumbent, she needs very high turnout in both the north and southeast of the country. It is unsurprising, therefore, that she has expressed concern about the election date and has called for the schedule to be modified.
Over the past two decades, voter turnout has been on the decline in France. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, elections have seen the lowest participation levels in the country’s history.
According to political commentators and public officials, it is critical that the 2022 Presidential election see high voter turnout. The health of the country’s democracy depends on the perceived legitimacy of this election because of its central importance under the current constitution. The incumbent French administration’s decision to advance the runoff vote date coincides with talks of allowing for mail-in ballots which have been banned in the country since the 1970s because of the risk of fraud.
These moves by Macron’s government open the door to allegations of voter suppression and manipulation by the opposition which further polarizes and already tense French political landscape.

The Left Cheered When Australians Gave Up Their Guns. Now They’re Being Shot By Their Own Government in the Streets.

Harrowing footage from Australia reveals police enforcing lockdown laws with all the fervor of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The images we watched out of China – at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic – are now being replicated on the streets of Western nations.

After 35 people were killed in the Port Arthur Massacre in 1996, the Australian government moved swiftly to ban pump-action shotguns and semi-automatic rifles. While – as Matt Palumbo notes – the number of guns in the country actually failed to decline all that much in the proceeding years, the types of guns available to the public along with the groups of people owning them prove the importance of America’s Second Amendment.
Per the University of Sydney, “the proportion of Australians who hold a gun licence has fallen by 48 percent since 1997,” and “the proportion of Australian households with a firearm has fallen by 75 percent in recent decades.”
It’s not much use, in the face of authoritarianism, to have a prevalence of handguns owned by a small section of society. Congressman Matt Gaetz made this point in a Fox News interview in 2019, rattling the cages of the pseudo-fact checkers whose gloating words are now staring them right back in the face.

“Nobody would suggest that in the United States we would want Australia’s solution. There they went and confiscated all the guns. You know who did what Australia did? Venezuela. And now their people can’t fight back when they are having to fight their way out of a socialist dictator.”
– Rep. Matt Gaetz, 2019
Indeed the left media has gloated about disarming Australians for the past 25 years, op-eds in The Atlantic, Fortune magazine, and studies by left-wing think-tanks have tried to foist Australia’s gun laws on America. The Guardian called Australia’s laws a “gold standard.” Vox has been hyping them, too:
“Semi-automatic rifles and shotguns were prohibited, with a few exceptions, all firearms were required to be registered, a proof of reason would be required for all gun-licence applicants and gun purchases, with self-defence not considered a reason.”
– The Guardian, April 2021
All this despite Australia’s own Ambassador to America admitting such moves had no place in the United States.
“Australia and the United States are completely different situations, and it goes back to each of our foundings. America was born from a culture of self-defense. Australia was born from a culture of ‘the government will protect me.’ Australia wasn’t born as a result of a brutal war. We weren’t invaded. We weren’t attacked. We weren’t occupied. That makes an incredible difference, even today.”
–  Australian Ambassador to the United States Joe Hockey
Now, just 25 years after Port Arthur, Australians are being shot on the streets by their own government.

UNREAL: Australians are being shot in the back as they are running away 👇🏼pic.twitter.com/n70WjeRg2I
— Art TakingBack 🇺🇸 (@ArtValley818_) September 22, 2021

The bullets may be rubber, or “non-lethal” as they euphemistically call them. But they’re being fired at Australian citizens who have the audacity to want to… go outside. To leave their homes. To live life as normally as they can despite the state’s insistence of locking people in their own homes and creating a culture of fear around the Chinese Communist Party’s virus.

Naturally, The Guardian is now siding with the jack-booted thugs firing into the backs of their own people as they run away. This is the same Guardian that called the police break-up of a violent riot outside the White House a “brutal” dispersal.

Quite the different tone between the Guardian’s headline when police dispersed violent rioters outside the White House and when thugs shot their fellow countrymen in the back for protesting lockdowns.
Go figure! pic.twitter.com/2jau97Xjz5

Of course holding the left to its own standards is a hiding to nowhere. But every American should consider it their duty to hold their fellow citizens to the standards outlined in the nation’s founding document – the Constitution of the United States:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
– Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, 1791
Americans, let Australia be a lesson, but not in the way the left has suggested for nearly three decades.
Never, ever, never give up your guns.

Fauci Funds ANOTHER Coronavirus Study By Disgraced Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance.

A new study authored by several scientists from EcoHealth Alliance – the controversial organization collaborating on bat coronavirus research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology – including Peter Daszak is funded by Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

The publication of the study – “A Strategy to Assess Spillover Risk of Bat SARS-Related Coronaviruses in Southeast Asia” – follows intense scrutiny over Fauci’s National Institutes of Health (NIH) agency sending taxpayer dollars to fund the Daszak-led group’s “longtime collaboration” with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Both Daszak and Fauci have lied about the type of research occurring at the Chinese Communist Party-run lab, as a host of Fauci’s emails obtained via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reveal the facility was carrying out “gain-of-function” research and deleted articles reveal the lab worked with live bats despite Daszak stating otherwise.
Daszak, who failed to disclose his extensive ties to the Wuhan lab and the Chinese Communist Party, was also recused from the Lancet medical journal’s COVID-19 commission.

Despite this, Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is still funding EcoHealth Alliance, which has also taken massive, six-figure Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
The study, which is currently in preprint, counts six EcoHealth Alliance researchers as authors in addition to Lin-Fa Wang, who is also a longtime collaborator of the Wuhan lab and has been listed as an author on several Fauci-funded studies focusing on bat coronaviruses.
The study’s abstract posits that COVID-19 “likely” has a bat origin, summarizing its conclusion that bat SARS-related coronavirus infection happens “more frequent than previously recognized”:

Emerging diseases caused by coronaviruses of likely bat origin (e.g. SARS, MERS, SADS and COVID-19) have disrupted global health and economies for two decades. Evidence suggests that some bat SARS-related coronaviruses (SARSr-CoVs) could infect people directly, and that their spillover is more frequent than previously recognized. Each zoonotic spillover of a novel virus represents an opportunity for evolutionary adaptation and further spread; therefore, quantifying the extent of this “hidden” spillover may help target prevention programs.

“An average of 400,000 such infections occur each year, most going unrecognized because they cause mild or no symptoms and aren’t easily transmitted between people,” the study adds.

INVESTIGATION: U.S. Has Funded Over 250 Studies for Chinese Communist Military Researchers.

Various National Institutes of Health agencies – including Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases – have funded over 250 studies authored by researchers at institutions controlled by China’s People’s Liberation Army, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

Following a unique investigation into the origins of scientific research papers, the whopping level of collaboration with the Chinese military will further concerns in the United States that the political class has surrendered to the Chinese Communist Party. Last week it emerged that the ranking General in the U.S. Armed Forces agreed to tip off China in advance of a U.S.-led attack.
The unearthed studies, from the National Institutes (NIH) online database, expand upon the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology unearthed by The National Pulse.
U.S. Taxpayers Funding the People’s Liberation Army.
Of 265 studies identified by The National Pulse, the Chinese military entity most frequently appearing on studies funded by the NIH is the Beijing-based PLA General Hospital, a subsidiary of the army’s Joint Logistics Support Force of the Central Military Commission.

A now-deleted informational site about the facility notes it is “the largest comprehensive hospital in the whole army” that is “responsible for the medical and health care tasks of the leaders of the state and the military commission.”
A study – “Kras-Deficient T Cells Attenuate Graft-versus-Host Disease but Retain Graft-versus-Leukemia Activity” – has two researchers from the PLA General Hospital named as authors while noting “this work was supported in part by National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Grant AI079087 (to D.W.).”

‘By Whatever Means Possible’: Chinese Communist Takeover of Taiwan Imminent, Asserts Regime Flack.

A top advisor to several Chinese Communist Party-affiliated think tanks as well as the New York-based Asia Society gave a “stern warning” to those opposing a Chinese Communist Party takeover of Taiwan. He suggested the regime will pursue the policy by “whatever means possible.”

Speaking with LBC presenter Matt Frei, Victor Gao declared: “nothing in the world can stand in the way of the unification of China,” adding the goal would be accomplished through “preferably peaceful means, but if not, peaceful means whatever means possible.”
“Unification of China is a must,” he adds.
‘This is a stern warning to whoever in Taiwan who will oppose the reunification,” insists Gao, who is the Vice President of the Chinese Communist Party-linked Center for China and Globalization and an advisor to several other Beijing-linked influence groups such as the Beijing Energy Club and the China Energy Security Institute.

Gao also has a presence in the U.S., serving as a member of the Asia Society’s Global Counsel and a former Vice President at Morgan Stanley Asia.
The National Pulse has previously exposed the Asia Society for influencing curricula and personnel in American schools to align with “social justice”  and “globalism,” reaching up to 4,000,000 students and 100,000 educators.
When asked about America’s response to the Chinese Communist Party attempting to overtake Taiwan, Gao cautioned “Wake up, no American leaders who will want to shed blood of American soldiers for the unification of China.”

GB News’ Globalist Chairman Andrew Neil Ousted, Immediately Trashes Network and The Political Right. As Predicted.

In December of last year The National Pulse warned the world of the pseudo-right leaning network about to launch out of London, England. Shortly thereafter, GB News was born, to widespread (and often confected) left-wing panic.

Hysterical headlines from Britain’s predominantly far-left press corps shrieked about the advent of “Britain’s Fox News” as if Fox News even pretends to represent the political right in America anymore. Nonetheless, the Murdoch empire is still the bogeyman in Britain, a country that pretends to have “impartial” press regulation mechanisms which in practice only ever slap people for right-leaning content. The entirety of Britain’s media ecosphere is left-leaning, including those who profess conservatism.
Against this backdrop, GB News was launched.
It recruited “talent” (oh, the irony) from the BBC, Sky News, and all the other places they claimed to be attempting to steer away from. The launch was shoddy to say the least. Humiliating at times. And the “talent” to this day is composed of people ranging from the far-left of cultural, identity politics to barely the centre ground. The only person on staff even remotely associated with the right is Nigel Farage. More on that, later.

After a tumultuous launch, the founder and Chairman of the organization, Andrew Neil, went on a prolonged vacation.
Neil is perhaps most famous in America for butting heads with people like Ben Shapiro. In Britain, he’s mischaracterized as a centre-right broadcaster who asks tough questions of everyone. He doesn’t. And he’s even been complicit in peddling the left-wing Conservative Party’s briefing documents against actual conservatives within the organization.
Neil, as I have warned for years, is pro-illegal immigration, pro-amnesty for illegal migrants, supports neo-liberal foreign and economic policy, is anti-Second Amendment, and has railed against nationalist champions like Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban (despite accepting their hospitality). In short, he’s a fraud who has perpetuated a fraud on conservatives for decades.
He is also the Chairman of the Spectator magazine, which oscillates between centre-leftism and centre-rightism, often at Neil’s caprices.
This week we learned of the final nail in Neil’s coffin, just three short months after its formal inception onto Britain’s airwaves. The petulance with which Neil has handled the affair is a testament to his career: short-sighted, self-interested, and desperate.

One day after appearing back on GB News with Nigel Farage – wherein Neil pledged that while he was “out,” he would return as a regular commentator – his magazine published a heinous hagiography of himself simultaneously blasting his recent colleagues.

“From Neil to Nigel: the descent of GB News,” was published on September 14th, immediately taking aim at the only person within the organization to command an audience:
“Viewers (and staff) who signed up to [Neil’s] vision are now confronted by the sight of Nigel Farage – who was shoved in a primetime slot to boost ratings — as the ambassador of their brand. It’s like going to work for Walter Cronkite and finding Archie Bunker behind the news desk.”
The article is less about Neil and more about Nigel, risibly invoking anti-Semitism, George Soros, and even leaning on The Guardian newspaper’s reporting to try and make clumsy points about how Neil exercises “assiduity” whereas Nigel is a “faux-blokey” demagogue. Even for the Spectator‘s mercurial (and piss-poor) political instincts, it is low rent. Perhaps the author – a corpulent globalist called Stephen Daisley – is re-auditioning for a column in a lefty rag.
He concludes by offering that he is not the target audience anyway, then threatens to turn the channel off due to its lack of subservience to a man (Neil) who has serviced the left-wing British Broadcasting Corporation for the past two decades.
Cue Neil’s own half-broken man, half-“revenge will be mine!” outburst on the BBC’s flagship Question Time programme on Thursday evening, where he bemoaned his own channel’s behavior:
“In the run-up to the launch, through the launch and in the aftermath of the launch and I think most of you who know anything about it will know you couldn’t file the launch under startling success, more and more differences emerged between myself and the other senior managers and the board of GB News.

“What I have told you is the differences were such, the direction they were going in was not the direction that I had outlined, it was not the direction that I had envisaged for the channel and I was in the minority of one.”
– Andrew Neil, days after leaving GB News
Certainly Neil will now be groveling to whomever demands in order to reprise his gig as philosophical fraudster-in-chief at the Beeb. The problem he faces is that it was only me and a few others who identified his wanton duplicity over the past decade, whereas now the entire nation is getting to see it play out.
In the words of a well-placed source: “Dreadful. Establishment. You were right.”
Sadly, I was.

“More and more differences emerged between myself and the other senior managers.”
Broadcaster @afneil says he left GB News because the direction of the channel “wasn’t the direction that I outlined” and that he wanted to take “a different route”. #bbcqt pic.twitter.com/Bun7Oh4CfR
